Crazy Happy Dumplings & Other Asian Treasures

Asian cuisine is fresh, flavorful and interesting, not to mention healthy. In tonight’s class, we’ll learn some of the fundamentals of basic Asian cooking with CCKC's Executive Chef Jill Garcia Schmidt.

It will be a great night of cooking fun with Chef Jill as she teaches cooking culinary basics like knife skills, sautéing, sauce-making, and more. 

You’ll learn how to prepare classic Asian dishes such as Pork & Shrimp Pot Stickers, Chicken Lettuce Wraps, and Crying Tiger Beef & Sesame Noodles. For a sweet ending to our culinary journey to Asia, Chef Jill will teach you how to make Chinese-Style Donuts, for dessert. So good!

You’ll enjoy some hands-on cooking time next to this engaging instructor, and walk away with tons of information on how to cook these authentic Asian dishes in your own kitchen. A fun way to spend a Friday night!
