Pretend you’re looking out over the Italian countryside tonight as you lift your glass of Chianti and toast to a perfect dinner with your sweetie.  The food is simple and superb, brimming with the magic of centuries of Italian cooks. 

Tonight one of our most popular instructors, Chef Richard McPeake, will take the two of you to this place as he shows you how to create some classic Italian delights perfect for couples. 

Chef Richard’s experienced and laid-back teaching style will make you feel comfortable as you tie on an apron and work in small groups next to this engaging professional. 

He’ll show you how to make fabulous dishes like Asiago Bread with Italian Butter, Fresh Grapefruit & Grilled Fennel Salad with Sambuca, Seared Tuscan Steak with Pasta fra Diavolo and a lovely Semifreddo dessert to end our Italian feast. These gems will transport you straight to the warm winds of Tuscany.  

We will set the mood with candlelight, clinking glasses, and more as you gather around the table to enjoy the food you’ve help to prepare with new friends. Salute!
