Valentine’s Day is next weekend, and you’ve thought of everything to woo that special lady in your life... champagne, roses, candlelight, pizza delivery (insert record-scratching sound)… WHAT??! OH NO YOU DIDN’T! You gotta do better than that! 

To most ladies, having a romantic dinner for two, cooked by their special someone sounds like a dream: a bottle of wine, little smooches over a drool-worthy main course, and a perfectly presented homemade dessert. That is, until she has to witness the other end of the spectrum: overcooked (or under-cooked) food,  a sink full of dirty pots and pans… not to mention, you’ve both already drank the wine that was supposed to be used in the food. (It happens.) So, now what? 

Enter Chef Dana Holland to the rescue as he shares his expert culinary know-how and basic culinary techniques while teaching you how to cook up a deliciously simple, yet impressive, dinner for two.  Don’t be intimidated in the kitchen, this meal is one you can actually re-create. We promise.

Our dinner menu will center around Steak Diana, a simple, yet impressive, entrée that includes a fabulous pan sauce, perfectly paired sides as well as fresh-made Chocolate Truffles, for a sweet ending to your special dinner.  Those decadent babies are sure to catch her attention when served elegantly on a small plate. You're welcome.     

Chef Dana will talk about wine pairings as well, so you can go for the whole shebang!  These dishes will no doubt turn into your ultimate go-to ‘have her over for dinner’ menu.  Better yet, your girl might be so impressed, she’ll stay over for breakfast… just sayin’!  (Uh huh…we have your back, guys!)
