Tonight’s cooking lesson will take your culinary repertoire to another level as Chef Jill will cover some essential culinary techniques like knife skills, whisking, searing, sauce-making, and more as she shares her pro tips on the proper way to prepare fresh Prawns and fancy-schmancy Pan Seared Scallops.
As a bonus, Chef will show off her sauce-making skills when she creates a couple of light sauces that pair perfectly with tonight’s fresh seafood.
