Welcome seasoned Chef Joshua Rosen to our lineup, as he teaches us how to cook Asian cuisine at home.

Chef comes to us with deep experience in Asian cuisine and knows that with a bit of education laying out simple cooking techniques, as well as some direction about where and how to purchase ingredients (right here in KC), the home cook will be able to capitalize on the healthy, flavorful and affordable(!) Asian cuisine.

He wants to share how to cook wok-style, how to identify, prep and cook noodles and how to vary ingredients.  He’ll teach as he makes Beef Ho Fun (we could all use a little “fun’ right now, right?), which is a popular street food made with beef, scallions bean sprouts.)  And what about Pork and Chive Fried Wontons with a versatile dipping sauce?  You’ll even be introduced to an Asian dessert that will expand your culinary horizons a bit.

After this informative 2-hour cooking class, you'll be able to create flavorful and authentic Asian dishes right in your own kitchen.

In order to comply with governmental orders and for the protection of our guests and staff, we ask that you wear a mask when here at The Culinary Center of Kansas City. If you are planning to sit next to someone else attending the class, we would suggest arriving at least 20 minutes prior to the start time of the class so that we can address that request.  Both students would need to be comfortable with the request to be seated together. Thank you!
