Pizza On The Grill with Chef Todd Johns (Plowboys BBQ)

There is no end to the possibilities once you learn the basics of cooking pizza on the grill. Talk about a versatile technique that can be used year-round… and the yummy end results are in a league of their own.

Tonight, Chef Todd Johns (Plowboys BBQ) will lead our grilled pizza-making class as you learn (and make) fresh pizza dough from scratch, a variety of tasty toppings as well as expert techniques & tips on how to cook your pizza creations perfectly on a grill.

Chef will also walk you through the steps to make a homemade Pizza Sauce, which he'll use as a base for an 'oh-go-good' Grilled Neapolitan-Style Pizza that you'll get to taste. Plus, you'll make your own pizza creation in class.
