In tonight’s comprehensive class, Chef Jill will walk you through kitchen essentials like how to choose cookware, kitchen tools, the latest & greatest culinary gadgets and more. Bring your own knives to class and we’ll help you assess them to get the most from your hard work in the kitchen!

Plus, a discussion on the popular instant pot, crock pot, and air fryer – even a fundamentals lesson on basic knife skills, including choosing the right knives for you, basic ‘cuts’, sharpening and other important information.
