Transport yourself to the Amalfi coast in southern Italy this evening as we learn to cook a beautiful surf & turf dinner menu.

Bruce Campbell is your experienced cooking instructor and will share fabulous recipes that encompass the spirit of Italy… flavorful, aromatic, and satisfying dishes which feature the fresh flavors of this lovely region of Italy.

You’ll be greeted with a Negroni cocktail and a fresh Caprese salad. Then you’ll tie on an apron and help Bruce prepare our delicious entrées - Frutti di Mare Pasta (seafood pasta) and Braciolini a rolled beef tenderloin stuffed with a savory filling. Favoloso!  Your dinner will be paired with Italian wines and end with a classic coffee dessert - Affogato & Amaretto.

A lovely way to unwind with friends or a special date night with your sweetie. Mangia!
