Girls Night Out! A Taste of N’Awlin’s - Jambalaya, Muffuletta & More!

The Culinary Center becomes the “Culinary Quarter” this evening as “King of the Cocktail” and experienced culinary instructor, Bruce Campbell, whisks us away to Bourbon Street for an evening of awesome cocktails, and fantastic southern-inspired food especially designed just for da “babes!”

You’ll be greeted with a tasty Creole Dip and a Hurricane, the most famous (or infamous) of Bourbon Street cocktails. There’s no imbibing on an empty stomach in this part of town, so you’ll sit back and relax as Bruce dives in and shows you how to create tonight’s authentic tastes and aromas of New Orleans. 

Our scrumptious menu will feature authentic Bourbon Street delicacies like Mini Muffuletta, Smoked Chicken & Sausage Jambalaya, and a southern-inspired Black Eyed Pea Salad. And, it goes without saying that we’ll enjoy Bread Pudding that’s topped with a delicious Bourbon Sauce.

Don’t fret, you’ll only have to lift your spirits to get a tasting of this “bead-throwing” libation. We’ll end our evening as you enjoy tonight’s fantastic dishes, including Cafe Brulot Diabolique to complement our Cajun dessert. Ayeee!

You can note this in the “comments” section when you register online, or you can call us with this information at 913-341-4455.  In this case, we will assume that you and the other person(s) are comfortable sitting next to each other.
