Sign up today for this fun baking class where you'll learn to make a fancy-schmancy Fruit Galette dessert and then take it with you to bake off at home....just in time to WOW your family and friends for your 4th of July get-together!  Won’t you be fancy? 

July continues the peak season for summer fruits! Just check out your local farmers’ markets … they’re brimming with an abundance of bright, colorful, ripe beauties! Pastry Chef Natasha Goellner knows exactly what to do with these gems and is ready to share her expert tips and baking techniques as you learn to make a versatile Fruit Galette using fresh berries and other fruits.

Chef is a “peach” of an instructor with a resume that includes graduate of The French Culinary Institute, past owner of Mulberry & Mott and currently the Pastry Chef at The Antler Room. Yep, she’s a real pro with a fun, engaging teaching style.  

Throughout class, Chef will teach proper techniques to make a perfect tart dough, as well as what fruit to use and tips on how to bake the galette to perfection.  

She’ll also cover many other baking techniques and useful information such as basic knife skills, the proper way to measure, and how to choose the perfect fruits at the grocery store or local farmers’ market, and more. Plus, you’ll get to work next to Chef Natasha and make your own galette that you'll take with you to bake off at home.
