Fall is a time when everyone starts cozying up inside and what better way to warm up than with warm, comforting bowls of love. Not all comfort food has to center around meats. Vegans  love hardy, rich, and flavor-filled culinary creations at your own dinner table, too.

Warm up from the inside out with healthy cooking expert, Tracy Richter, as she gets things started by whipping up a delicious Spinach Dip appetizer that’s perfect for tailgating, potlucks, and holiday gatherings.

Next, she’ll teach essential culinary techniques while sharing her tried-and-true recipes for a satisfying Butternut Squash Soup, and savory homemade Chili – both dishes are 100% vegan and both have the “umph” to sustain us through long cold days.

But wait…there’s more! You’ll also roll up your sleeves, tie on and apron and get your hands in the flour as you follow along while Tracy teaches you to make homemade dinner rolls that you’ll take home to bake. Imagine the aroma of freshly baked bread filling your kitchen. Hey, it doesn’t get any more comforting than that, folks!
