Join us as we kick off the holiday season and learn to make fabulous French Crepes.

Capable of supporting both savory and sweet dishes, crepes make amazing holiday appetizers, main dishes, breakfast, brunch, and snacks. Yes, crepes are one of France’s most versatile gifts to the world of food. On top of that they are easier to make than you think. Seriously!

Tonight, we’ll start with a glass of French wine…because we can! Then experienced culinary instructor, Chef Gary Hild, will lead you in this fun cooking class as he teaches basic culinary skills that you’ll use to whip, measure and pour your way through tasty recipes like savory Crêpes with Cream Chicken, Crêpes with Maryland Chowder, Crêpes with Mascarpone Cheese & Strawberries, and more.

These tasty French delights are perfect for delicious quick meals for family or holiday guests.  Get your aprons on because you will be doing some festive flipping as well.

NOTE:  Unless otherwise noted, each evening class fee includes one glass of beer/wine, with additional beverages available at a nominal cost.
