Enchilada Heaven!

Grab a group of friends or your favorite senor or senorita and join Chef and Lead Instructor Jill Garcia Schmidt as she teaches you how to create authentic Mexican Enchiladas that are easy enough to recreate in your own cocina!  

Chef Jill is one of our most popular instructors with an infectious personality and easy-to-understand teaching style.  She’s mucho fun and is eager to share her passion for Mexican cuisine as you work next to her while she dazzles you with her mad cooking skills.

Chef Jill will teach essential culinary techniques like basic knife skills, sauce-making and more as you learn to make one of the most popular Mexican dishes –homemade Enchiladas. We like choices…and so does Chef Jill so she’ll cover two versions - Cheese Enchiladas with a Red Chile Sauce and Suiza Enchiladas con Pollo. Yum. That's not all, folks.....you’ll also learn to make Mushroom & Poblano Enfrijoladas, and then  we’ll cool things off with a delicious Chile Lime Mango Smoothie.  You'll get to assist Chef Jill with some of the cooking activities, too!

Trust me, this Mexican cooking class will not disappoint!

You can note this in the “comments” section when you register online, or you can call us with this information at 913-341-4455.  In this case, we will assume that you and the other person(s) are comfortable sitting next to each other.
