Ciao Italia! Handmade Pasta, Sauces & Cannoli (More Fresh Pasta/Sauces on Wed 12/29)

This evening you’ll learn to make tasty Italian cuisine from a true culinary pro. Our own Chef & Lead Instructor Jill Garcia Schmidt is an engaging and experienced instructor– plus, she’s lots of fun! She’ll share her tips and teach fundamental cooking techniques as you learn to create authentic Italian dishes that are perfect for both entertaining as well as for quick weeknight meals. 

You’ll get to tie on an apron and follow along as Chef Jill shows you, step-by-step, how to make a batch of fresh pasta dough. 

Then, she'll move seamlessly into a sauce-making lesson she shows off her mad cooking skills while preparing a hearty Bolognese Sauce and the ever-popular Fettuccini Alfredo, right before your eyes. And, of course, she'll end with a classic - homemade Cannoli. Sweet! 

You'll taste everything, leave with all the recipes AND the fresh pasta...made by YOU!  Mangia!
