The Asian Noodle Bowl– A Hands-On Noodle Workshop

Join chef Yvette Hirang for a full-on Asian noodle-making class as she teaches you the fundamentals of making Asian noodles from scratch. Chef is an experienced Asian chef with a teaching style that’s easy to follow (plus she’s lots of fun, too) so there’s not better person to show you how it’s done.
You’ll use your homemade noodles to create a comforting Lo Mein dish that’s all your own and then you’ll gather as a class to enjoy your hand-made masterpiece. In addition, Chef Hirang will teach you how to properly care for, use, and store your pasta-maker so that your equipment is ready to go the next time you have a craving for fresh Asian noodles!
As always, you’ll leave with the recipes and the confidence to recreate tonight’s recipes in your own kitchen. Oh, did we mention there will also be sake tasting, too? Lucky you! What a fun way to kick-back on a Saturday night!
