Today, you’ll sit back and relax as experienced healthy cooking instructor, Tracy Blizman shows you step-by-step how to whip up some of her favorite gluten-free baked goods.
After growing up and learning to bake alongside her mom, Tracy developed a passion for healthy baking that eventually led her to start a home-based bakery. She’s excited to share her knowledge and passion for gluten-free baking. You’ll see that, with a few tips, techniques and some expert instruction, you’ll be able to create your own healthy baked goodies like quick bread, cookies and cake - even Tracy’s signature vanilla buttercream frosting! - all with plenty of gluten-free goodness and no deprivation of taste. Plus, today’s recipes are perfect for vegans, too!
Throughout class, Tracy will be open to your questions and experiences as she helps you understand and learn how to bake for you or your family members gluten-free lifestyle. You’ll leave armed with some new ideas, simply delicious recipes, and answers to many of your gluten-free cooking questions. A great healthy baking fundamentals class!
