Grab a fork and head over to our kitchen for some delicious fun as you learn how to make 3 (yes, count ‘em!) THREE cream pies: Chocolate Cream Pie, Banana Cream Pie and Lemon Meringue. Whoa.
Award-winning baker Chef Nancy Vendetti is in ‘da house and can’t wait to teach some of her most favorite, decadent cream pies. You’ll learn loads of helpful baking tips from this experienced professional in addition to creative suggestions on how to “change up” these classic cream pie recipes throughout the class.
Chef Nancy will also show you how to whip up a basic pastry cream and then how to change it up with flavorings like vanilla and lemon. And that’s not all, you’ll learn a chocolate cookie pie crust and one made with graham crackers. And, there will be a few “aha!” moments as Chef Nancy shares secrets to making the perfect, fool-proof classic pie crust. All are easy to do once you know the proper techniques.
