Classic Italian Cooking With Chef Vendetti Including Homemade Pasta & Sauce

Class Description: 

Fresh pasta is not that hard to make.  No really!  Tonight you'll discover the secrets of handmade pasta and classic Red Sauce as we take your Italian cooking techniques to a whole new level.  We'll learn how to create pasta from scratch and then use it to create a layered lasagna that will have you throwing away all your red boxes of dried lasagna sheets.  All under the tutelage of an Italian culinary expert Chef Nancy Vendetti.

Enjoy a glass of Italian wine and Chef's favorite Italian Salad as she dazzles you with her expert Italian sauce-making tips and techniques. Mama Mia, it’s gonna smell so good in our kitchen!  Then it's on to the homemade noodles and the creation of an authentic Italian meal, start to finish.  As always, you’ll take home the recipes and the confidence to tackle your own homemade pasta and sauce at home. Mangia!
