(Another Valentine Couples Classes on 2/17) A Romantic Valentine's Cooking Class For 2!(CLASS IS ON)

Whether it’s your first date or your 50th anniversary, this is the place to be this Valentine’s Day as “love in the kitchen” ignites with a beautiful and romantic hands-on dining experience especially designed for couples.

The candles are glowing, and the tables beautifully set as you and your special Valentine steam up our kitchen with your mad new cooking skills.

We’ll greet you two love-struck birds with an intoxicating and refreshing libation that we affectionately call “Love Potion #9”, just to get you and your “luvva” in the mood.

CCKC Executive Chef Jill Garcia Schmidt has designed a sizzlin’ multi-coursed menu beginning with an  “amuse bouche” (that’s fancy talk for “a special culinary gift from the Chef!) of Lobster Newburg. Then, we’ll move to one of Chef Jill’s favorite courses – the Bleu Apple Salad which includes a White Balsamic Vinaigrette which we will pair with a luscious white wine. 

This will be followed by a wowful (I just made that word up) Pan-Seared Filet Mignon served with a Red Wine Pan-Sauce Reduction, which will, of course, be perfectly paired with delicious side dishes including Garlic Mashed Potatoes and a seasonal vegetable. This entrée will be paired with a red wine. 

Since we’re celebrating the holiday of love which you know MUST include chocolate (!), we’ll end our decadent dinner for two with a luxurious chocolate concoction known as Molten Chocolate Cake with Vanilla Bean Whipped Cream and Raspberry Coulis served with a Gourmet Coffee Bar For Sweeties. To. Die. For.  

You’ll get to tie on an apron and get some real-deal significant hands on experience working in small groups of four alongside Chef Jill as she teaches and shares her exceptional cooking skills and techniques, all while dazzling you with her sparkling personality.

And, here’s a hint from us to you: Reservations for this dinner will gain you many bonus points in the Romance Department!   Warning: Attending this dinner may result in lack of sleep.

The class fee for this Couples class is $100 per person.
