It’ll be all about “love in the kitchen” tonight as you two lovey-dovey’s enjoy a unique date night experience and learn to prepare a fancy-schmancy steak dinner for two.  We will greet you with a sparkling reception cocktail and pair some wines with the rest of your dinner. 

Longtime CCKC instructor, Chef Jesse Vega, will dazzle you with his culinary acumen as he teaches essential techniques like sauté, how to perfect pan sauces, and more, to create one of his favorite meals. 

Tonight, we'll use the tenderloin to create a beautiful "Steak Diane" with Medley of Mushrooms. It tastes amazing, and is sure to impress. You’ll also learn a classic (and authentic!!) recipe for Caesar Salad. (Uh, huh… I told you this was a special dinner.), as well as two gorgeous side dishes: Yukon Gold Mashed Potatoes with Caramelized Shallot and Onions, and a lovely asparagus dish. 

We’ll end our decadent feast for 'luvvahs' with Strawberries and Orange Liqueur – a delicious dessert that includes a special chocolate garnish.  You can expect to get plenty of hands-on cooking time next to this engaging chef, too.
