Culinary Inspirations from the Southwest with CCKC Executive Chef Jill Garcia Schmidt

If you’ve ever been to Santa Fe, New Mexico you know that it is a mecca for food lovers.  Home to the famous Coyote Café and Café Pasqual’s, both of which pioneered gourmet southwestern cuisine, and helped bring it to the country’s attention. 

Join CCKC Executive Chef Jill Garcia Schmidt for a rousing hands-on experience of her favorite “New Southwestern” cuisine in a beautiful dinner inspired by the flavors of Santa Fe.  

Tonight’s menu will include tasty gems like a Southwest Caesar with a Kick, Blue Corn Black Bean Relleno, Paillard of Salmon with Fresh Salsa “Jill-Style”, and a Cajeta Tart, for a sweet ending to this fantastic meal.  

You’ll even get some hands on experience in this class, folks! This is a perfect chance to grab some “caballeros” and decompress from your hectic week while you enjoy a fabulous dining experience.
