This evening, he’ll focus on a teaching you how to prepare a variety of interesting vegan dishes. You’ll learn sure-fire ways to incorporate the right foods to easily keep yourself on track in your quest for a long-lasting vegan diet. Eating in restaurants will be discussed, recipes, cooking methods, storage solutions, make-ahead meals, and more.
You’ll learn a Beet Salad, Roasted Barley Salad, a nutritious Roasted Vegetable Stock that is used as the base for many recipes in the vegan diet, and Cream of Broccoli Soup. Plus, you’ll get to tie on an apron and help Chef Gary prepare some of tonight's yummy dishes.
