Appetizers & Canapes For Entertaining
The summer party season is just around the corner, so it’s time to add some delightfully unique hors d’oeuvres to your appetizer repertoire, that are sure to impress guests at your next cocktail or pool parties. With a little cooking instruction and some interesting ingredients, your next soiree will be the one they remember!
Chef Gary Hild has a very informative and professional teaching style and ALWAYS impresses with his dishes. Here are a few of the recipes you’ll learn: Spicy Crab & Cheese Triangles; Bleu Cheese Mousse With Fruit and Walnuts; Thai Shrimp with Cilantro Canapé; Smoked Chicken with Feta in Phyllo Cups, and Coconut Curry Stuffed Mushrooms, a tasty vegetarian appetizer that’s sure to please.
Of course, you’ll get to help Chef Gary prepare some of tonight’s recipes, plus take the recipes, along with the confidence needed to recreate them at home. Prepare to take in some fabulous culinary instruction!
