She will teach how to identify chocolates, why some chocolates are better for certain recipes and uses, flavor profiles, tempering, how to mold and sculpt with chocolate, decorating with it including the proper way to drizzle (yup, it’s a thing), and so much more.
You’ll get some hands-on cooking time as she rounds out our informative class by walking you through the steps to create her all-time favorite Chocolate Cake recipe.
