All Roads Lead To Rome

Tonight, get ready to experience a mouthwatering culinary trip through the city of Rome, as we celebrate Italian cuisine and the influence of the beautiful flavors from this magical city.

Every style of Italian cuisines can be found in Rome, but it also has its specialties driven by a deep-seeded culinary heritage.  Chef Sandy DiGiovanni should know as Italian food is her passion and heritage. She approaches food like she did her stint on “America’s Next Best Restaurant” – with humor and un-abandoned delight. 

Join her as we experience Roman cuisine such as Ricotta Crostini, Pasta Cacio e Pepe, Pork Chops Porchetta Style, Pasta All’arrabbiata, and more. You’ll also tie on an apron and prep and cook some of tonight’s recipes as you learn how the Italian “locals” incorporate indigenous ingredients into simple but beautiful works of Italian food art. 

As the “locals” go, then so will we… incorporate Italian wines into our journey, that it. After all, some of the best wines in the world come from grapes grown on gorgeous Italian countryside.
