Yes, you heard me… for everybody!  Even you. Whatever beliefs you may have on this trending cuisine, its popularity is growing at lightning speed and tonight, you’ll learn what all the buzz is about!

Get ready to learn lots of great tips and recipes from a consummate culinary professional, Chef Gary Hild, who is dedicated to teaching students how to cook, eat and live better.  He’s a firm believer that healthy cooking is nothing short of culinary medicine.  Trust me, he walks the walk! 

In addition to being an excellent chef and engaging instructor, Chef Gary is passionate about healthy living and an active lifestyle,  so he has much to “bring to the table” in this fun and informative exploration into the vegan kitchen.

You might just be pleasantly surprised to discover the variety of rich and tasty dishes you will be able to savor using grains, legumes, nuts, oh, and veggies!  See, it isn’t just about veggies! Eating in restaurants will also be discussed, recipes, cooking methods, storage solutions, make-ahead meals and more.

Chef Gary will teach some basic culinary skills as he walks you through some incredibly delicious plant-based recipes. Because we learn best when we practice what we’ve learned, you’ll tie on an apron and help with some of the prep and cooking, too.

You’ll learn a Beet Salad, Roasted Barley Salad, a nutritious Roasted Vegetable Stock that is used as the base for many recipes in the vegan diet, and Cream of Broccoli Soup.  Plus, you’ll take home the recipes for these gems so you can to incorporate them in your own kitchen on your quest for a healthier lifestyle.
