Demystifying (and Simplifying) the Art of Cooking with Curry

In tonight’s class, our favorite real food advocate and accomplished cook, Chef Gary Hild, will teach us how to simplify and take the mystery out of cooking with curry - one of his favorite Indian spices.
He’ll help take the mystery out of this savory spice and help you understand how it adds its unique flavor to the taste of a dish. Chef Gary has a passion for taking simple ingredients from plain to magnificent with his artistic use of spices. Join us as he shows you that it really can be done “the right way” in your own kitchen.
You’ll get in on a little cooking time alongside this engaging professional as he teaches essential culinary techniques and shows you how to prepare mouthwatering curry dishes like Chicken and Sweet Potato Curry, Pork Vindaloo (an east India favorite), Toasted Brown Basmati Rice, and a creamy Chai Custard for dessert.
