Magnificent Meatless Menus
Trying to institute the Meatless Monday approach to eating or perhaps just looking for some really good vegetarian dishes to add to your recipe file? Here’s the ticket. Chef Dana Holland is a professional culinary instructor and we’re glad to add his expertise to our awesome roster of teachers here at the CCKC.
Get ready to learn basic culinary techniques as Chef Dana lays some knowledge on you and covers all the bases about cooking with vegetables, including proper blanching, sautéing, basic knife skills, and more. You’ll be adding some fabulous recipes to your Meatless Monday (and Tue and Wed, etc.) straight away as you learn a variety of tasty family-friendly vegetarian dishes.
You’ll get to do some of the prepping and cooking, sample everything made in class, and take all these great recipes home to recreate in your own kitchen.
