(No Longer Available) A Taste of the French Countryside - Dinner in Provence and the Cote d’Azur

Provence is a delightful region of France, dotted by hilltop villages overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. The Cote d’Azur area in Provence is home to the most beautiful cities in the world, like Cannes and Nice. Known for its temperate, sunny climate, carefully tended farmland and rich history (once the stomping grounds of the ancient Romans), the recipes from Provence are full of quality citrus, vegetables, fruits, goat cheeses, lamb, air-dried sausages and pungent herbs such as thyme, sage and rosemary. Lavender and honey are also prized ingredients in this area.

Tonight, experienced culinary instructor Chef Dana Holland will teach essential culinary techniques as you explore dishes from this romantic region with this lovely Provence-inspired menu. Chef Dana has traveled and spent time in the south of France, and started his culinary career cooking in French restaurants. He is excited to explore the food from this gorgeous region with a Provence-inspired menu. 

You’ll be greeted with a lovely glass of French Rose wine that you’ll sip along with Salmon Pate with Grilled Asparagus appetizers.  Then, you’ll enjoy a fresh salad before moving on to our show-stopping entrée, Beef Daube, a popular Provencal dish, and more. For dessert, you’ll be treated to fresh Strawberry Crepes. Ooh La La!

You’ll get your hands in on the cooking activities as you work alongside Chef Dana and help prepare some of tonight’s dishes, too.
