Farmers Market Cooking That’s Simply Peachy!

Join Chef Dana Holland will show us some pretty darn creative ways to highlight the fresh flavors of those fresh summer peaches along with a couple of classic peach recipes.

He’s a peach of an instructor and is known for his ability to create vibrant flavors using fresh ingredients.  You’ll get to taste what he prepares as well…because how could we not, right?

We’ll explore several delicious recipes such as Grilled Chicken with a Peach Glaze, a lovely summer Salad… and Peach and Almond Tiramisu. He’ll also stir up a refreshing Peach and Basil Lemonade.

Feel free to stop by the Overland Park Farmers Market before class and bring your bounty with you. Chef will be happy to talk to you about what you purchased.  We’ll have a peachy keen time today in our kitchens.
