(No Longer Available) Beautiful Brazilian Fare ... featuring Feijoada Completa

Brazil is one of the sexiest countries on the planet, so it makes sense that the cuisine of this gorgeous country offers some of the hottest culinary trends around.

Tonight, experienced instructor Chef Dana Holland will lead you on a journey to Latin America as you learn to make popular Brazilian dishes that consist of ingredients that are both interesting and full of rich food heritages.

You’ll be greeted with Brazil’s most famous muddled lime and sugar cane rum drink, the Caipirinha (Caipiroska) served alongside Pastels de Frango (crispy chicken, corn & cheese pastries with a roasted sweet pepper cream sauce) 

Then the fun begins as Chef teaches essential culinary techniques and shows off his mad skills as you learn to prepare Feijoada Completa, Brazil’s signature dish - a grand assembly of different meats in a black bean stew that “locals” usually reserve for weekends or celebrations. 

We’ll round out our outstanding meal with a lovely Brazilian Hearts of Palm Salad and end with a delicious sweet treat, for dessert. 

You’ll get to tie on an apron and work alongside Chef Dana in small groups as you help with some of tonight’s cooking activities, too.  What better way to enjoy a hot summer night!
