The German Table
Hello Freunde! Tonight, we’re going to cook like a Bavarian! Think gorgeous countryside, people dancing on tables to oompa music, beer gardens and a traditional German meal with a sweet strudel-y ending!
We’ll begin the evening with a beer crafted in the German style, then experienced CCKC instructor, Kay Maier, will teach fundamental cooking skills as she walks you through the steps to prepare a fabulous selection of classic German favorites.
Our hearty feast will consist of Sauerbraten (German Pot Roast) as our mouthwatering entree served with German Potato Salad and Sweet and Sour Cabbage on the side. See? Told ya’ so!
We’ll round out our meal with a special treat for your sweet tooth as you learn how to make delicious Baked Apples for dessert. You’ll even get a bit of hands on cooking practice next to this engaging instructor.

NOTE: Unless otherwise noted, each evening class fee includes one glass of beer/wine, with additional beverages available at a nominal cost.
