Admit it, we all crave the fresh tastes, crisp crunch, and flavorful combinations of Chinese food. After this interesting class, you’ll be armed with time-tested recipes, essential techniques, and the knowledge to recreate tonight’s flavorful dishes from scratch, in your own kitchen!

Chef Cynthia Samsel has been teaching Asian cooking classes for many years, so you’ll be learning from one of the best. She’ll share her tips and secrets as she teaches you to prepare Sizzling Rice Soup, Chinese Chicken Salad with Exploding Noodles (say what?), Honey Walnut Prawn and a flavorful duck dish with a savory plum sauce.  What an incredible line-up of tasty recipes!

Get ready to throw that take-out menu out the window!
