Chef Cynthia Samsel has been teaching Asian cooking classes for many years, so you’ll be learning from one of the best. She’ll share her tips and secrets as she teaches you to prepare Sizzling Rice Soup, Chinese Chicken Salad with Exploding Noodles (say what?), Honey Walnut Prawn and a flavorful duck dish with a savory plum sauce. What an incredible line-up of tasty recipes!
