Boozy Punches & ‘Spiked’ Pinchos
Let’s go all retro tonight and learn the updated way to turn punch bowl recipes into re-imagined boozy bowls of goodness.
In case you haven’t heard, the communal punch bowl is coming back into style in a big way. This is your chance to dust off that vintage punch bowl that Aunt Naomi gave you and put it to use at your next get-together. You’re welcome.
The one and only Bruce Campbell (a/k/a The Food & Beverage Guy) will start off our fun evening by teaching the secrets of Oleo-Saccharum (say what?)… it’s a key ingredient used to make the perfect punch. You’ll see.
Then, Bruce will show you how to whip up several varieties of delicious spiked punch potions - Clarified Milk Punch (bourbon), Fish House Punch (for all you rum heads. You know who you are.), and an “oh, so-good” Peach and Prosecco Punch/ Wow!
You’ll get to sample the punches along with an assortment of ‘spiked’ (with a skewer!) Spanish Pincho appetizers that you’ll get to help prepare as you enjoy a delightful evening of fun and tasty goodness. You’ll get a bit of hands-on experience yourself this evening, too.
Join us as we eat, drink (out of a bowl), and be happy.
