Transport yourself to the Italian countryside this evening as we experience the heart and soul of Italian cooking – the rustic, lusty dishes of Italy’s farmhouse kitchens.

Join Chef Sandy DiGiovanni for a cooking and dining experience you’ll long remember. She’ll show how the humblest of ingredients often produce the tastiest dishes.

Working in small groups alongside this talented chef you will learn how to prepare some of tonight’s incredible Italian recipes that rely on simple, hearty and fresh ingredients that will surely become your favorites.

You’ll start the evening with a glass of wine and fresh Farmers’ Bruschetta, followed by Brescia Garlic Bread and Green Bean Insalata.  Next, imagine the incredible aromas as you prepare Penne with a hearty Sicilian sauce, Pork Chops Shepard’s-Style and savory Roasted Potatoes as our perfectly-paired side. We’ll end our Italian feast with Sweet Rosemary and Pear Crostata with Olive Oil Gelato and homemade Limoncello.

Carry a bit of authentic Italian history back to your own kitchen. Buon Appetito!
