Christmas Dinner in France

As in most countries, food is an integral part of the French culture, and holiday traditions, family gatherings or a lover’s outing typically revolve around food. Chef Sandy DiGiovanni invites you to join her as she teaches you to create an elegant- style Christmas dinner that will be hard to forget.

Tonight, your table awaits you in our kitchen where you’ll witness Chef Sandy DiGiovanni, an experienced and engaging culinary instructor, work her magic with the intention to teach and inspire you to have the kind of relationship with food that she has come to know and love.

You’ll begin the evening by sipping on your choice of a Kir Royale Cocktail or Champagne. Then, get ready to be dazzled as Chef Sandy teaches some of her favorite French recipes. Oui Oui!

She’ll start off with a lovely appetizer of Amuse bouche of Salmon Rillettes on Garlic Confit Toast. Then, move on to a delicious Crab Bisque Soup, followed by a Salade Lyonnaise, A French favorite.

Our fabulous entrée will take your breath away: Beef Tenderloin that will melt in your mouth served with a fabulous Relais Sauce and warm wilted Greens and Pomme Puree as your perfectly paired sides. 

The French are famous for their desserts, and tonight will be no exception as you learn to prepare a scrumptious homemade Pear Tarte Tatin for the perfect sweet ending to this incredible holiday meal.

This will surely be a night to remember, and perfect night out away from the hustle and bustle of the season with friends or that special someone.
