Cake Decorating: Roses, Flowers & Fabulous Fall Designs
Step up to the next level with your cake decorating skills as today’s experienced instructor, Rachel Van Stratton teaches fancy-schmancy decorating techniques.
She’ll start this fun class by teaching you to make American Buttercream and Royal Icing, from scratch. Then, she’ll show you how to use a flower nail, pastry bags, and various tips as you learn how to make beautiful (and easier-than-you-think) icing roses, fall colored mums, leaves, pumpkins and more. Fancy, and very do-able!
Get ready to wow your own darn self as you practice these new techniques and decorate your own take-home mini cake. You’ll garner valuable hands-on experience as well as step-by-step instructions.
(Note: Cake Deco 101 is not a prerequisite to this class.)
