The Holy Trinity of Swedish Bread Baking: Cardamom, Cinnamon, and Almonds
Bread-making bard Paul McCool will teach you this specialty bread class that will become one of your favorites!
Let’s begin by creating an aromatic mound of Swedish cardamom dough and end up with beautiful twisted loaves, golden braids, tea rings, and delicate rolls. In addition, you’ll experiment with a variety of shaping techniques, fillings and toppings. Coffee and tasting will round out the class.
Note: If you live more than a 30-45 minute drive from CCKC, bring a small cooler with you to carry your dough home without it over-fermenting.
