Basic Grilling with Chef Richard McPeake
If you’re new to grilling, this is a “must take” class that will start at the beginning and go through each step off the grilling process: gas vs. charcoal; how to light a fire; care and proper cleaning of your grill, determining proper fire temperatures; testing meat for doneness; why, what and when to marinate; choosing the right meats and fish for grilling; which ground beef makes the best burgers; and cooking on a cedar plank.
BBQ master and cookbook author, Chef Richard McPeake (aka Educator of 'Que') has been teaching grilling class for over 25 years and is eager to share some of his favorite recipes that will have you showing off our new skills in your own backyards.
We’ll learn as Chef prepares dishes like: Marinated Lemon Chicken Breast, Basket Grilled Veggies and Coffee Rubbed Smoked Infused Rib Eyes.
All this and more in a power-packed 2 ½ hour class.
Ladies and gentlemen … let the grilling begin!
NOTE: This is a demonstration class with no hands-on participation.
