Tonight, the aromas and spices will come alive as we explore the flavorful foods of India.
Sit back and relax as experienced instructor, Chef Cynthia Samsel, teaches essential culinary techniques such as basic knife skills and more while showing you how to create an aromatic menu that will take your cooking repertoire beyond its usual borders.
Chef will use traditional Indian spices such as curry, cumin and garam masala while she prepares Indian delights like Beijal Paneer, a vegetable curry that uses fresh cheese (made from scratch), savory Lamb Vindaloo, Chicken Tikka Masala, a Basmati rice side dish, cool Cucumber Raita and a fabulous Chai spiced tea.
Yes, you’ll get to taste everything learned in class. And, as always, you’ll take the recipes home, so you’ll be able to easily recreate these mouthwatering dishes in your own kitchen. Expect to be amazed by how wonderfully delicious and easy to prepare Indian cuisine is!

NOTE: Unless otherwise noted, each evening class fee includes one glass of beer/wine, with additional beverages available at a nominal cost.
