Harmonizing primary flavors lies at the heart of Thai cooking. Tonight’s expert instructor Chef Cynthia Samsel has a passion for Asian cooking and will show you essential cooking techniques as she teaches the fundamentals of cooking authentic Thai cuisine.
Sit back and relax with a creamy Thai Iced Tea as Chef shows off her mad cooking skills while preparing Beef Satay skewers with a spicy Peanut Sauce, Chicken and Vegetable Yellow Curry and Jasmine Rice, a light Cucumber Relish and Ground Beef Larb Salad. We’ll end our yummy Thai meal with Sticky Rice with Fresh Mango and Coconut Cream, a delightful sweet dessert.
