Chef Andrew Kneessy, an accomplished Executive Chef, has extensive wine and food-pairing knowledge, and is as passionate about wine as he is about food! We’re in luck tonight because you’re going to get the best of both worlds as he shares simple rules for pairing wine as well as teaches us the various favor profiles.
Whether you just want to understand the wine list when you’re dining out or make your around a wine shop, this is your “go to” class! How to pair wine with Asian dishes, barbecue, delicate fish dishes, Mexican … you name it. We’ll take a trip through the awesome world of flavor profiles as we taste ingredients and small plates with the various wine choices best suited for that ingredient or dish. Chef will even teach you how to walk through a couple of the small plate recipes he will be serving.

NOTE: Unless otherwise noted, each evening class fee includes one glass of beer/wine, with additional beverages available at a nominal cost.
