Chef will begin your sweet 3-hour cooking lesson as he teaches how to work with chocolate to create an impressive Chocolate Truffle Cake, then on to a tasting of a unique tart made with Fresh Strawberries, Chocolate Ganache and Short Dough, made from scratch.
Finally, you’ll tie on an apron and work next to this culinary pro as he teaches you the art of making and piping the perfect Pate a Choux pastry that will be sprinkled with almonds and filled with a praline-flavored cream to create a stunning Paris-Brest dessert- a perfect grand finale that’s destined to be the star of the show for any special occasion!
