Korean BBQ At Home
Korean barbecue is the perfect way to entertain friends and family at your next gathering with an interesting dinner composed of grilled spicy meats served alongside a variety of savory sides like fresh-made Kimchi – a Korean staple served with most meals.
Tonight’s instructor, Chef Cynthia Samsel will share her expert tips on preparing authentic Korean barbecue dishes as she teaches essential culinary techniques while preparing Kalbi Short Ribs, Pork Belly and Bulgogi Rib Eye Steak.
You’ll also learn perfect accompaniments like Bean Sprouts, Spinach, Korean Potato Salad and Spring Onion Pancakes. So good. We’ll end this most interesting meal on a sweet note with Spiral Sesame Cookies. To wash it all down, Chef will treat you to a cool 5 Flavor Tea.
After this class, you won’t look at barbecue the same way.
