Sophisticated Holiday Entertaining…..featuring Chateaubriand
The hustle and bustle of holiday season is well underway now, so why not slow the pace, round up your friends or that special someone and join us in our kitchen as we learn to prepare the consummate holiday Chateaubriand dinner.
We're talkin' fancy beef tenderloin, people! And, hey, if you are going to spend your hard-earned money on high quality ingredients, you need to know how to cook it correctly, right?
Tonight, it'll be hands-on all the way as you work in small groups and learn to cook tonight’s extraordinary meal alongside Chef Richard McPeake – graduate of The Culinary Institute of America, cookbook author and culinary instructor extraordinaire!
Chef Richard is professional and passionate about sharing some of his favorite recipes including an elegant Chateaubriand entree, a wonderful ‘starter’ with mushrooms and crab meat, White Cheddar Potatoes, and a fantastic roasted vegetable dish.
For dessert, he’ll dazzle us as she shows you how to make his Award-Winning Chocolate Nut Gateau with homemade Chocolate Ganache. What a menu… what a night!
While you’re cooking, we’ll set the mood with candlelight ambiance, holiday music – all that festive stuff. We’ll raise a glass of wine and toast the Christmas season as we enjoy the elegant meal you’ve helped to prepare!
