Your Grandma made ‘em… your Mom makes ‘em… now it’s your turn to learn the baking and decorating skills needed to make perfect holiday cookies!

Join us for a very special hands-on 4-hour class on traditional holiday cookie-making.  Experienced culinary instructor Rachel Van Stratton will put you in a festive spirit as she leads this special cookie baking class featuring fabulous holiday cookie classics such as Pecan Clouds, flaky Rugelach and deliciously buttery Spritz Cookies in a variety of fun and festive shapes.  

You won’t leave without learning all the basics:  dough handling, the proper way to measure, cutting, baking tips, how to use a cookie press, cookie decorating techniques, proper storage and some lovely presentation ideas. You’ll get lots of hand-on time in today’s class, too. 

As a bonus, Rachel will share some essential tips for dazzling and beautifully arranged cookie platters – perfect for your holiday buffet or to give as gifts.  We’ll end the day with a festive cookie buffet for tasting.
