(No Longer Available) Stress-Free Dinner Parties! Including a Killer Menu For Entertaining
Entertaining friends and family should be easy and fun. That’s exactly what you’ll be saying after tonight’s fun and informative class.
Chef Dana Holland will share some of his favorite ideas on hosting a simple (but fabulous) sit-down formal dinner menu for 6 guests including a do-ahead prep schedule for your next dinner party so that you can actually enjoy your guests instead of juggling pots and pans in the kitchen.
He’ll also throw in some of his favorite party-planning and shopping tips to help make any dinner party a breeze. And, that’s not all! You’ll also learn how to transition tonight’s sit-down dinner menu into a buffet. Boom.
Chef Dana loves entertaining and, tonight, he’ll will open his vast store of cooking, presentation and party-throwing knowledge as he teaches essential culinary skills like basic knife skills, whisking, sautéing, sauce-making techniques, and more.
Our perfect menu includes delicious party starters like Cheese Straws, Asparagus Wrapped in Prosciutto, a savory Tapenade and Chilled Shrimp with Dill Yogurt Dressing, a beautifully presented appetizer that will truly dazzle your guests.
Then, he’ll move on to the main course that will feature Stuffed Chicken Breast as a centerpiece with sides like Tahini Mashed Sweet Potatoes (to die for!) and Sweet & Savory Cabbage. Did we mention green beans done the correct way, as well as a beautiful Pear & Blueberry Cornmeal Tart and Honey Mascarpone Mousse?
You’ll get to help Chef Dana prepare some of tonight’s dishes, too. Trust us, this is one those menus that you’ll want to recreate again and again. You’ll leave this great with all of the recipes and stress-free tips so that you can host a fabulous dinner party to be remembered.
