(No Longer Available) Speed Scratch Cooking:Getting Homemade Dinners On The Table

Chef Dana Holland is a speed scratch cooking whiz and loves to whip up delicious meals lickety-split for his own family using basic ingredients that he always keeps on hand in his pantry.  

In tonight's informative class, he’ll drop some of this knowledge on you as you learn to use a well-stocked pantry and some basic cooking techniques that will take your culinary skills to a whole new level!  When you leave this class, you’ll get better dinner on the table in no time at all. No kidding… and it’s easier than you think!

He’ll start off with a discussion on the pantry essentials every good cook keeps on hand as well as a “chef approved” shopping list that includes basic proteins like chicken and shrimp that can be kept in the freezer for easy access.  

Next, Chef will show you how to use those items along with other basic ingredients to make a variety of fabulous dishes that you can enjoy all week long.  He’ll also share great shortcuts and tips on how to make the cooking process easier and quicker. 

You’ll get to work alongside Chef Dana and help prepare some of our “fast” food, and you’ll leave with all the recipes and the confidence needed to work some creative culinary magic in your own kitchen.
