Creative Holiday Hors d’oeuvres - “All Wrapped Up”!
‘Tis the season and It’s time to impress your guests by adding some unique and sophisticated hors d’oevres to your repertoire! With a little cooking instruction and some interesting culinary techniques your next cocktail party will be the one they remember!
Be prepared to ‘wrap up’ your holiday entertaining as Chef Cynthia Samsel teaches essential culinary techniques like sauce-making techniques, working with phyllo, basic knife skills and more while preparing some of her favorite party pleasers like Crudités Bell Pepper Baskets with a delicious herbed filling, savory pumpkin soup served in a pumpkin shell with cheesy crostini, Mini Beef Wellingtons, and much more.
Cynthia is great at showing you presentation ideas that will wow your guests and she’ll share some time-saving advance prep work tips so you can spend more party time with your guests and not in the kitchen!
You’ll get to help Chef prepare some of tonight’s wrapped-up appetizers and, of course, you’ll taste everything, too. Let’s get this party started!
