The Swanky Holiday Table... featuring Prime Rib of Beef

The fire will be roaring, the tables perfectly set and waiting for you with candles glowing. This evening The Culinary Center of Kansas City will be filled with the sights, smells, sounds… and warmth of the season.

Come in from the chill and join us for a very special holiday celebration filled with fine food and festive music, and a gourmet Prime Rib Dinner.

Raise your glasses as we celebrate the holidays with a lovely 5-course feast that uses locally sourced ingredients as Chef Dana Holland prepares Pumpkin Bisque, Leek & Potato Gratin, a lovely citrus souffle and more, all centered around traditional Prime Rib of Beef.  

You’ll work in small groups and help Chef Dana with some of the cooking activities, plus take home the recipes so you can recreate this fabulous meal at your own dinner parties at home. This meal is feast that feeds the body and soul! Cheers!
